中国智慧教育公共服务平台是中国响应联合国教育变革峰会愿景声明，践行向联合国教科文组织作出的庄严承诺，由中华人民共和国教育部教育技术与资源发展中心（中央电化教育馆）建设的教育服务平台。平台以“数字教育惠及世界”为愿景，坚持联结为先（Connection）、内容为本（Content）、合作为要（Cooperation）的“3C”理念，遵循“应用为王（Application）、集成化（Integrated）、智能化（Intelligent）、国际化（International）的“AI3”思路，旨在依托平台打造学习的新空间、提供优质数字教育资源、创新教与学方式，提供公益性、个性化学习服务，为构建人人皆学、处处能学、时时可学的教育新生态，满足学习者全面个性化发展服务。

中国智慧教育公共服务平台支持中文、英语、法语、俄语，阿拉伯语、西班牙语等联合国6种官方语言，设置资讯专栏、资源服务、政务大厅三大板块，提供丰富的学习指导与政务服务。其中，资讯专栏提供世界数字教育大会、国际人工智能与教育会议、世界慕课与在线教育大会等国际会议的相关信息，持续更新数字教育国际交流合作重要活动的最新资讯。资源服务设置课程学习、中文学习、传统文化等三大主题，面向国际学习者提供具有中国特色、世界水平的优质课程资源和多语种学习指导与服务。服务大厅聚焦出国留学和来华学习两个方向，设置留学服务、考试服务等2个栏目，提供来华留学生签证服务、中文水平考试等7项服务。

The Smart Education of China (SEC) is an educational service platform established by the Ministry of Education’s Center for Educational Technology and Resource Development (National Center for Educational Technology, NCET). It is a response to the Vision Statement of the UN Transforming Education Summit and a fulfillment of commitment made to UNESCO. The platform has a vision of providing “Digital Education for the Benefit of the World” and follows the principles of “Connection, Content, and Cooperation” (3C). It embraces the “AI3” approach, which focuses on Application, Integration, Intelligence, and Internationalization. The platform aims to create a new learning environment, by offering high-quality digital educational resources, adopting creative teaching and learning methods, and providing free and personalized learning services. It strives to build a new educational ecosystem where learning is accessible to everyone, everywhere, and at all times, and to foster comprehensive and personalized development for all learners.

The Smart Education of China (SEC) supports six official languages of the United Nations, including Chinese, English, French, Russian, Arabic, and Spanish. It consists of three main sections: Information, Resource, and Service, providing abundant learning guidance and services. The Information section offers relevant information on international conferences such as the World Digital Education Conference, International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Education, and Global MOOC and Online Education Conference. It updates the latest information on important activities related to international exchanges and cooperation in digital education. The Resource section consists of three main themes: Course Learning, Chinese Language Learning, and Traditional Culture. This section provides high-quality course resources that embody Chinese characteristics and world-class standards, as well as multilingual learning guidance and services for international learners. The Service section is divided into two subsections: Study Abroad Services and Examination Services, which cater to the needs of learners studying abroad and studying in China. It offers seven services including visa application and participation in Chinese language proficiency examinations for international students.
